I was definitely scared about my purchase after reading other reviews on this product. I shouldn't have been... it works! This clear transfer tape was one of the ones recommended where I buy my Oracal 651 vinyl and it was cheaper here than there. After I placed my order I started reading reviews and thought "Holy Horses, what have I done!"I cut a decal with heavy blocks and one with fine lettering and this picked both off of the backing paper without a problem, and released them effortlessly when applied to a plastic surface (the lid on my craft cutter). I just received it a couple of hours ago so no idea on long term durability but right now it does what it's supposed to... and with style!The roll I received was a return, the leading edge had a crooked cut across it so someone wasn't happy with it. It's the 300 ft roll and I'll probably waste more on my projects than they used up, so I'm not bent out of shape about that... even if it was supposed to be "new". I don't reuse transfer tape so reusability isn't an issue for me. As long as it will continue to do it's job the first go round then I'll be happy.I used a high tack paper transfer tape before this and it was a pain in the bottom when I tried doing a layered decal because I couldn't see the registration marks clearly to line up the different layers, there will be no problem like that with this clear tape.All in all, another fine product from Oracal. It's a medium tack tape and to expect high tack performance is just crazy. It does what it's supposed to do and I couldn't ask for more.
